About our services
American Polling Company is an independent survey research firm. We design, field, and analyze public opinion and survey research, and we deliver aggregate findings to the clients who commission our work.
Survey participation
Participation in any American Polling Company survey is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or stop at any time. There are no right or wrong answers, and we ask only for your honest opinion. We will never ask for payment or for account or financial information as part of a survey.
Acceptable use
When using our website or participating in our research, you agree not to:
- Submit false, automated, or fraudulent responses, or attempt to complete a survey more than once where not permitted;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose; or
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our website, surveys, or data.
Intellectual property
The content, design, methodology, branding, and materials on our website and in our research instruments are the property of American Polling Company, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our permission.
Research findings
Research findings and reports are prepared for the client who commissions a given study. Nothing on our website constitutes a representation about the results of any particular study. We disclose our methodology with our findings so they can be judged on their merits.
